How we're doing

Physically, we are doing quite well, even though it's clear that we aren't 20. Yesterday, we rode 40 miles including a pretty serious mountain pass. Candice owns the uphills and Michael the downhills, so the pace evens out well. Michael's legs get tired, but being male means that he is building muscle at a mad rate. The benefit of testosterone. He had some leg cramps the first few nights, but these were cured by yoga and have not returned. Candice gets some numbness in her hands and wrists, and is working on relaxing her hands, arms, and shoulders, which helps. Michael is going to adjust her handlebars today, to see if that will help too. She is very strong and has no problem on the mountains. It's the yoga. We are both tired at the end of the day.
