Williston, North Dakota

I am writing in the library in Williston. What a pleasure to use a full sized keyboard.
Last night we camped in the Williston town park. This morning I took a shower, a steam, and another shower in their huge Park and Rec facility. All for free!
Williston is in the middle of an oil boom, and the town is full of people who have come to work, living in tents and RVs and motels. I met a woman in the locker room this AM who moved here from Ohio one week ago to find work. She has had more interviews here than she had in the past year at home. She is living in a tent, and just learned about the showers, so she is happy. And clean!
